For the week of March 23rd
(weekly instructions & daily information (daily info found below the instructions):
Instructions for weekly “discussion”:
- If you would like to participate, we are reading chapters 7-9 and would love to see you join in a “virtual” discussion, post your original response by 11:59pm Wednesday, 3/25.
- To submit: go to turnitin.com and choose the Discussion Tab. There you will find four Discussion Topics arranged alphabetically by last name. Find your designated Discussion Topic and post your original response.
- To keep the discussion going, by Thursday, 3/26 @ 11:59pm, you can reply to two other people (from a different Discussion Topic alphabet).
- Your response can further the person’s idea by adding other textual evidence, historical context, or personal opinion (keeping it academic and civilized 😉).
- Make sure to go back to your original response to see what people have to say! You may see a post from Ms. Boas – who knows.
- Then to cap off this week’s reading, on Friday, 3/27 @ noon, you can join a Zoom meeting hosted by Ms. Boas to discuss this week’s reading (check your email for the evite). There will be specific discussion prompts as well as an open forum to simply talk literature.
